Amazing Lawyer
Shell & Shell handled a criminal case for me about a year ago. I wound up going to a jury trial, I was scared to death. Mr. Shell was fearless. By the time he picked the jury, I knew we would win. He was professional, prepared, but most of all he had a command of the courtroom. I could tell the judges respected him and the jury really connected with him.

Best of the Best
Eddie Shell and his bilingual team are the best, hands down. They definitely know how to do their jobs right and they explained and broke things down for me to understand, also very organized. I highly recommend anyone in the Burnet, Marble Falls area.

Saved My Life – Twice
I hired Eddie Shell to defend me in a lawsuit about five years ago because everyone in town recommended him (even some of those who didn't particularly like him because he had beaten them on a case). While he didn't spend a lot of time returning my phone calls, the moment we stepped in the courtroom I thanked God he was on my side.

Wonderful Attorney

CPS Case
If I ever need an attorney again (and I hope I don't), I would definitely return to Shell & Shell. I have worked for attorneys for over 30 years. Needing to find an attorney in Burnet County for a criminal / CPS issue, I turned to Shell & Shell. Eddie and Austin worked on the criminal issue; Bobbi (and Dale) worked on the CPS issue. Both issues were brought to closure during the expected time frame, and both results were the best that could be expected. Attorneys are not miracle workers; it is the client's responsibility to do everything possible to help with their defense. Clients must also remember this important fact: You are not the only client. In my particular situation, probation ensued rather than jail time, and the kids have returned home. Very positive outcomes! My utmost gratitude to Bobbi and Dale, and to Eddie and Austin.
